Dear Colleague,
we are pleased to invite you to submit your paper to our Special Session, at the “27th IFIP/SOCOLNET Working Conference on Virtual Enterprises.” Proceedings will be published by the Springer, IFIP AICT series (indexed in SCOPUS, WoS, and DBLP).
Topics
The session explores how organizations can move beyond digitalization as mere technological enhancement to rethink themselves around hybrid collaboration in Society 5.0 contexts.
We particularly welcome contributions that explore:
- how AI and digital technologies redefine collaborative networks in entrepreneurial venture creation and scaling;
- how established companies redesign internal and inter-organizational processes, including innovation management, management control systems, and HRM practices.

- 8 May: Full paper submission (max 16 pages)
- 19 June: Results notification
- 3 July: Camera-ready version
- 26-28 October 2026: The conference will take place in Padova
