We invite you to explore our new teaching case, “Eni Next: Pioneering the Energy Transition Through Venture Capital and Innovation,” co-authored by Vincenzo Butticè, Massimiliano Guerini and Benedetta Montanaro (Politecnico di Milano Graduate School of Management), and recently published by The Case Centre.
The case examines how Eni Next, the corporate venture capital arm of Eni, one of Italy’s leading energy companies, invests in innovative startups to support the energy transition. It can be adapted to different educational levels, from undergraduate courses to MBA and executive programs.
